Before any BroScience comes in, here's the purpose of these hooks.
1. Continue training back muscles even when forearms are fatigued. Seasoned lifters use this not when they are fresh, but when their grip has given way but they feel they can still continue training their back or other major muscle groups.
2. Better activate lats. When doing a lat pull down, the first muscle that is activated is often the forearms and biceps, before the back. By using these hooks and mentally focusing on only using the lats to either do a pull down, or a chin up, you will find much better lats activation. Also, using the hooks for bent over rows will fire your back muscles like never before!
Get ready to see your back muscle grow! We have created a special two diagonal padded design because traditional loop-around-the-wrist design creates too much pressure on the wrist, and we find that this design is much kinder to the wrists!
