Powerlifting is a strength sport which consist of 3 main lifts namely:

Squat, Bench, Deadlift.

Regardless of whether you are training for competition or recreational lifter, it is always recommended to wear proper lifting gears.
Given the nature of this sports, your body will be under tremendous load. This calls for having the basic set of lifting gears to
protect your body against trauma, strains etc.

Suede Leather Powerlifting Belt 3 inch (10mm)

The nickel plated rivets and buckle combined with high quality garment suede 100% genuine sole leather ensures the best possible belt.

This new 3-inch width is primarily for weight lifting, as well as those with shorter torsos which may find the 4-inch belt chafing

their ribcage or pelvic regions during the bottom of a squat or deadlift.

This belt comes with 1 prong for ease of use.

The powder coated buckle combined with high quality garment suede 100% genuine sole leather ensures the best possible belt.

The 4-inch width is suitable for those in sports of strongman and powerlifting.

With a lever belt, it is the easiest to use of all our belts.Just adjust the lever to your right belt size and wearing it and taking it off will be as easy as a flick of your finger.

Premium Suede Leather Weightlifting Belt

This product is made using high quality suede "pre-seasoned" leather. Hand-sewn and double stitched, it is comfortable to use straightaway without the need to season it.

It can be used as a support during bodybuilding or weightlifting. It is used to provide solid spine support and protection, when doing squats, deadlifts or shoulder press.

The belt is 10mm thick.

Knee Sleeves

When executing a squat, it is important to keep the knee's movement in the correct direction.

Knee sleeves are designed to protect the knee from future injury or risk of damage.

Knee sleeves also adds compression element that increases blood flow and reduces pain.

Heavy Duty Knee Sleeves Pair (6mm)

Our Heavy Duty Knee Sleeves is designed to serve the needs of heavy lifters. It provides high compression and support, while not sacrificing flexibility by mobility.

The backward side is designed to be slightly shorter so as to provide extra mobility at the bottom of the squat.

The product is made of heavy duty, strong compression 6mm thick neoprene, and provides high durability to withstand high forces and friction.

Knee wraps

The reason that knee wraps are highly valued by powerlifters is that they allow more weight to be lifted in the squat.

During the eccentric phase of the squat, the tightness of the wraps allow for a high amount of elastic energy to be stored,

which can subsequently be released during the concentric phase—resulting in heavier and faster squats.

MF Heavy Duty Knee Wraps

Our Knee wraps features a high grade material of 40% elastic, 10% polyester and 50% cotton. This maximises stability and facilitate position of the knees.

With 2m in length and 8cm in width, it is sufficient length for even lifters weighing up to 120kg.

Wrist wrap

Wrist wraps are meant to keep your wrist at a neutral position. This prevents tendinitis to develop over time. When you are doing bench press, you will be pressing ridiculous amount of weight

and it would be wise to invest in a good pair of wrist wrap for maintaining wrist health. As the old saying goes, it is better to be safe than sorry.

MF Heavy Duty Wrist Wrap are made with a specific 50% cotton, 35% elastic and 15% polyester blend.



The wrist wraps serves to absorb excess moisture and not irritate the skin while providing great wrist stability during bench or overhead presses.

It does not cut off blood circulation.
