Push up bars help to neutralize wrist angle so there is less pressure on the joints and more focus on the muscles itself. The bars also increase range of motion, which allows you to go deeper in the push up. The bars can be adjusted to target different mucles in different ways.
You can also use it to practise gymnastic movements like wall handstand pushups or L-sits, which are much tougher than a normal push up with this very tool.
