2.5kg Technique Weight Plate (Pair)

This plate is used specifically for training good form in use for Olympic Weightlifting. It teaches the correct muscle activation during different parts of the lift.

Combine these plates with our 8kg Ez-Curl Bar and you can get started with practicing good technique with as little as 13kg!

Lower the bar gently after you are done to ensure longevity of the plates. It is not suitable for dropping and will bend with time if it is dropped. They are made from a hard plastic resin.

Diameter 440mm. Suitable for Olympic sized hole (2 inches).
