This is a specialised stand for bulgarian split squats as opposed to improvising for the exercise using other equipment like foam pads with barbells. The end result is an ideal equipment custom built for the exercise.

With its easy height adjustment, it can be used for many variations of split squats in conjunction with other equipment such as kettlebells or barbells.

Alternatively, it can also be used for other exercises such as hip bridges.

The base is reinforced with rubber and screws to ensure stability.
