HOW TO USE: 

When rotating the handle, please wait until the weight scale reaches the center before lifting and using it.

The upper and lower clips of the dumbbell plates need to be aligned.

If the handle cannot be rotated with a normal force, it means the dumbbell plates are not positioned correctly.

Adjust the position of the plates and then try rotating the handle again.

As the dumbbell contains plastic components (including the plates and the base), avoid dropping it from a height during use to prevent damage to the plastic parts.
