A cable machine is used to target specific muscles which traditional free weights training is not able to. It is also perfect for rehabilitation purposes. The small foot print makes it suitable for independent gyms and physiotherapist clinics.
Made direct with our partner factory which specializes in cable and slotted weight machines, this machine uses a unilateral pulley system with a simple design that makes it easy to use. We have specified the material to be made using commercial grade 3mm thick, 5cm x 7cm steel with a powder coated silver finish.
The pulley system allows smooth weighted resistance using either a leg, or arm at a time. There is a swivel connection at the end which allows for all directions and angles in both horizontal and vertical planes. The total weight resistance is 55kg (which goes up in minor increments of 1.25kg till 10kg, then 2.5kg till 30kg, and then 5kg till 55kg).
