Strongman Log
The log is 30 kg on its own but can be adjusted with weight plates etc.
Log-style weightlifting bar creates a more anatomically friendly position for the shoulders than traditional bars. This design is much less likely to bother the joints during the pressing movement compared to pressing traditionally with barbells. When rotated, the log can be used for farmer's walk exercises.
