Nylon Encased Resistance Band

This resistance tube comes with safety sleeve cords made of nylon and two handles on each band.

Each band is 1.2m long. 

This bands are commercial quality and used by personal trainers, professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts worldwide.

A robust nylon sleeve protects our premium tubing from cuts, body oils, UV rays and most importantly, overstretching which leads to premature breakdown. You will also not be injured in case the tubing snaps, which may happen when you buy tubing that is exposed. This can last up till 10 times normal expose tubing!

Yellow (15lb): Children or Elderly
Green (20lb): Young Adults or Sedentary people new to exercise
Red (25lb): Boot Camps Trainers or for stronger people

Disclaimer: As the material is made from latex, it is not suitable to be used on roads. You should not be stepping on the band and then stretching it on rough surfaces. It is more ideal for use on concrete floors or indoor courts.
